We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to join our team.
As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care facility and ensuring the well-being and development of all children in our care.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood education.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Create and maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Recruit, train, and supervise child care staff members
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues regarding their child's development or behavior
- Plan and coordinate educational programs and activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social development
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and accreditation standards
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in an educational setting
- Previous experience in education administration or child care management preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of relevant state regulations and licensing requirements
