```Duties:```
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and learning technologies to facilitate student understanding and engagement.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, including academic advising and career counseling.
- Utilize library services and research resources to enhance student learning experiences.
- Incorporate real-world applications and current events into lesson plans to make learning relevant and meaningful.
- Supervise students in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports teams, or academic competitions.
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license in the subject area or grade level being taught.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject matter, such as Algebra or Cell Biology.
- Familiarity with educational administration and policies.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, including online platforms and educational software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective classroom management and parent communication.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Experience in mentoring or providing guidance to students.
- Previous experience in a research laboratory or higher education teaching is a plus.
