Position Title Outcomes Assessment Coordinator
Job Summary
Maintain updated accurate data pertaining to students, curriculum, recruitment, admissions, grants, and alumni.
, in collaboration with college faculty and staff develop and maintain.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain a database system to track students involved in grants activities to include participants of pre-veterinary medicine programs, faculty and student research network, and veterinary scholars
Essential Job Duties
Design, develop, and maintain a dashboard to inform and provide data updates
Deliver accurate data and reports for projects and grants in accordance with deadlines
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports, grant proposals, and presentations related to students and programming outcomes assessment
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge and inventory of reporting requirements from grants, governing entities, funders, and quality oversight agencies
Employ and propose analytical software to support data collection, management, and reporting across CVM student, grant, alumni, and departmental needs
Consult with key stakeholders to understand programmatic needs and determine assessment indicators
Develop customized reports to respond to specific data requests
Work with leadership to help create data-driven recommendations to improve reporting and metrics
Conduct periodic data validation audits to ensure data reported is accurate and help set data priorities for improved data stewardship
Present and explain data to facilitate quality improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Create data-related presentation material for various meetings
Research and develop data management solutions to support administrative activities, as needed
Write and maintain database related user-documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences or a related field
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
5+ years of related experience
