Job Summary
Coordinates and administers all aspects of academic related activities and services.
Essential Functions
Assists the director in managing strategies and programs for academic related
Programs and services.
Coordinates program/services activities including summer camps to ensure relevant guidelines, specifications, policy and/or procedures are enforced and followed, and operations are running smoothly.
Provides information to and facilitates communication between administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents concerning program/services.
Maintains relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records including enrollment data, attendance, and performance records.
Plans and procures resources, and ensures all supplies are readily available for the program/services activities.
May supervise student employees.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in STEM disciplines or STEM Education or related field
Desired Qualifications
Masters degree in STEM disciplines or STEM Education or related field
