Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, a passion for working with young children, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of preschool-aged children
- Plan and conduct activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
- Monitor and track children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's day
- Manage classroom activities including circle time, free play, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to implement engaging lesson plans
- Experience in curriculum development for preschool education
- Familiarity with math concepts for young learners
- Background in physical education for young children is a plus
- Experience in toddler care or daycare settings
