Machining ( CNC) Team Member

Position Summary Team Members are responsible to complete the duties of their assigned work area in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Conducts themselves in a manner that is compliant with achieving the company’s goals via the company’s Core Values and HTGP Guidebook.
Essential Functions Corporate: Adheres to the Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain (HTGP) policies and procedures Learns, demonstrates and upholds HTGP Core Values Complies with all HTGP Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001 and Health and Safety OHSAS 18001 policies and procedures Treats all HTGP team members with respect and professional courtesy Always strives to maintain a positive work environment Performs additional assignments / duties as required by management EHS: Adheres to all safety policies and procedures Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment Consistently meets company safety goals Technical: Follow all company Safety policies and procedures Perform daily Inspection to HTGP inspection Standards Understand SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and performs accurately Achieve department production requirements while maintaining a high level of quality Performs special assignments as required by management or leadership.
Displays knowledge and skills necessary to perform and assigned duties.
Conducts training of new or existing Team Members.
Understand Process and procedures, standards and methods.
