Job Purpose: Part Manager is responsible for improving productivity and profit at plant and drive quality improvement through root cause analysis, ensure products are manufactured in compliance with customer specifications, safety standards and design specifications.
And managing the manpower, Make a decision, Follow up Engineer`s task, Allocate task Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): 1.
Implementation of processes including equipment procurement, coordination of installation, process Capability prove-out, training, process documentation and production start-up.
2.
Contribute to the product introduction process with respect to cost estimation, process investigation, schedule development, product validation and product validation testing.
3.
Maintain and modify machines for new generation vehicle.
4.
Review production problems as they are identified on regular basis and implement solutions.
5.
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Production Manager and other departments to implement processes and equipment.
6.
Work closely with maintenance team to troubleshoot machine problems and develop PM programs.
7.
Work closely with production and production quality team to ensure that target production and quality goal is achieved.

Report and presentation skills required 9.
Managing skill (People, Task, Risk) is required 10.
Predict / Estimate long term plan and Manage the lay out Qualifications: 1.
BS degree in mechanical engineering or related majors.
2.
Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience is required 3.
Tooling and fixture design experience preferred.
4.
Experience with robotics and industrial controls preferred.
5.
Bilingual language (Korean) preferred Technical Competencies: 1.
Mandatory skill of drawing interpretation, jig & fixture design & pneumatic system understanding.
2.
6 Sigma, Mini-tap experience preferred.
3.
Be proficient in MS Office, Auto-Cad.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Non-Technical Competencies: 1.
Interpersonal Skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation).
2.
Communication (Verbal communication, listening, written communication).
3.
Performance Skills (accuracy with detail, planning and organizing, efficiency).
4.
