Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Managerial Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree BA/BS
Degree Field: Business management, Supply Chain Management or related field
Equivalent Experience/Education: 5-7 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Detail oriented and data accurate
Conflict resolution skills
Leadership skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Assure that all work is performed within specifications.
Supervise the work of Logistics Specialist and Supervisors.
Maintain physical inventory counting and control.
Perform inventory transactions in SAP as required.
Develop Logistic plans for receiving, unpacking, feeding, warehouse mapping and dock control.
Manage the packing approval process from suppliers to determine how products will be packaged for delivery.
Track incoming production transportation as required.
Manage and maintain shipping containers from post port per C-TPAT and MOBIS requirements.
Maintain all Logistics equipment staffing and audits such as Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and Yard Dogs.
Monitor MRP process and daily requirements.
Ensure all ASN’s are transacted properly and in a timely manner and notify Purchasing if any ASN deliveries are late to determine risks.
Identify cost and productivity opportunities and manage implementations.
Establish areas of responsibility for supervisory staff and Team leaders and uphold accountability.
Train Supervisors in necessary skill functions and regulations as required and monitor C-TPAT compliances.
Manage and oversee C-TPAT seal log and ensure process and procedures are being followed.
Responsible for monitoring cost and recommending alternate sourcing for LP gas wages.
Other tasks as assigned.
