Revere Plastics Systems is a growing international, custom injection molding company with multiple plant locations.
As an IT manager, you will work closely with the rest of our team to ensure that our company is utilizing the right technology to run our business.
Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems.

Requirements:
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of two or three IT Support Specialists
Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
Assist the IT department head with leading and training IT staff
Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance
Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap
Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met
Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
Assist with ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources
Individuals must also be on an “On-Call” rotation for one-week periods to provide after-hours support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a preferred focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
Must be team-focused with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
Experience with network administration (Cisco certification a plus)
Experience managing Active Directory, ERP, and core infrastructure systems (servers, switches, storage area networks (SAN), and backup systems)
Familiarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365 (e.
g.
, Power BI), Salesforce, and Azure Cloud
Must have ability to foster excellent relationships within all Revere locations and external groups.
