Summary
The PIO Trainer will be responsible for training new hires on all port installed options, in addition to re-training of existing employees.
They will also conduct new part fitment testing training to all employees.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Primary
Obtain overall understanding of PIO installations and ability to troubleshoot problems
Ensure proper documentation is completed on each install according to customer specifications and quality standards
Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are effectively performed
Knowledge of performance and safety standards, ability to instruct and inform
Work effectively in group/team settings andmake progress determinations as needed torecommend performance determinations.
Secondary
Conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of quality, production, and safety requirements.
Ensure timeliness and quality of work performed
Maintains a clean and hazard free work environment and follows all policies and procedures regarding safety
Run end of shift production reports
Tertiary
Conduct pre-shift meetings
Run morning shift pull reports
