This is not a job vacancy at Point University, but the position will be focused on expanding the university's program.
Location: 100-mile radius of West Point, GA Point University has served the community for over 85 years providing Christ-centered undergraduate and graduate education.
Point recently developed an innovative subscription education program aimed at employers.

The employer-sponsored college subscription program offers a unique opportunity for corporations to invest in the growth and development of their workforce while raising the bar for employee engagement, morale and personal & professional development.
A subscription allows eligible employees to enroll in undergraduate or graduate coursework through PU’s online program at no charge to the employee.
Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Champion to evangelize this innovative program.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding, pitching, and signing up new subscribers, either directly or indirectly through benefits brokers.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and making a positive impact on the education and career prospects of employees across various industries.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a sales plan to target and engage benefits brokers, non-profits and corporations interested in Point’s unique offering.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and benefits consultants within target organizations.
* Create tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our employer-sponsored college program.
* Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to stay informed about program updates and enhancements.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the growth and success of the Point employer sponsored college program.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * B2B sales experience, preferably in the benefits, education, or corporate training industries.
* Strong understanding of the employee benefits landscape and the role of education in workforce development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
