Student Recruiters support all recruiting initiatives within the student services office. Position will begin April 1, 2024. Why should YOU consider student employment at Auburn University? Essential Functions Greet students and visitors and provide a welcoming environment Meet individually with prospective students and families Provide information to prospective students regarding academic majors and the student experience Conduct tours of campus and CLA programs Manage communication campaigns and strategies for prospective students via mail, email, and phone Represent the college at recruiting events Assist with day-to-day operations in student services Attend career services events as needed Assist with Camp War Eagle (optional) Attend scheduled training and weekly team meetings Complete office duties as assigned Work 7-10 hours each week Minimum Qualifications Enrolled undergraduate student College of Liberal Arts undergraduate major Sophomore standing by the start of fall semester of employment 3.0 cumulative AU GPA or higher Available to work weekly office hours Must attend training (May 6-9) and weekly team meetings Possess excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Available to work summer 2024 Willingness to learn and maintain subject matter specialty Pay Rate $9.00/hour Work Hours 7-10 hours per week City position is located in: Auburn State position is located: Alabama Posting Detail Information Posting Date 01/30/2024 Closing Date 02/17/2024 EEO Statement Auburn University is committed to an inclusive and diverse campus environment.
