As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate professionals and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. We are looking for an individual who is highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized and possesses excellent communication skills. *Key Responsibilities:* *Administrative Support:* Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management. Schedule appointments and property viewings, ensuring timely communication with clients and team members. *Client Services:* Communicate with clients and prospective buyers/sellers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information. Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. *Market Research: *Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and comparable properties to assist in pricing and marketing strategies. Maintain an up-to-date database of property listings and market statistics. *Marketing Support: *Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, online listings, and social media posts. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of property listings across various online platforms. *Organizational Skills: *Keep track of important dates, deadlines, and appointments, ensuring all are met and properly documented.
