We are currently seeking a highly independent, motivated, and self-driven professional to spearhead our operations as the *Branch Manager* in our growing network.
This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who excels in operational management, business development, and team leadership, aimed at driving our brand’s success in diverse facility environments.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Operational Excellence*: Spearhead the day-to-day operations across multiple facility locations, ensuring seamless service delivery that meets our high standards.
This includes direct oversight of operations managers/supervisors and area account managers to foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
* *Quality Assurance and Improvement*: Conduct and oversee quality assurance inspections and audits at client locations, including regular evening visits, to ensure adherence to our Quality Assurance Plan.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
* *Business Development and Relationship Building*: Drive the branch's growth by identifying new business opportunities, making sales calls, and actively participating in networking events.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met and exceeded.
* *Team Leadership and Development*: Champion the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff, creating an empowering work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Regularly assess performance, providing feedback and coaching to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
* *Strategic Planning and Analysis*: Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, adjusting strategies, and setting goals to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Ensure comprehensive adherence to all company policies and operational guidelines.
* *Financial and Administrative Oversight*: Manage critical office and operational tasks, including labor budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and payroll management, to ensure financial health and operational efficiency of the branch.
*Essential Qualifications:*
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and executive teams.
Strong written and verbal skills are essential for developing marketing materials, reports, and business correspondence.
* Physically able to perform and demonstrate all tasks required within our service spectrum, including the ability to lift supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds.
* Flexible and adaptable to work varied hours/days, including a mandatory weekend rotation and holidays as dictated by business needs and client requirements.
* Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between multiple facilities daily.
* Experience in facility maintenance, operational management, and team leadership preferred.
*Working Conditions:*
* The role involves working across various types of facilities (commercial, retail, residential, industrial, medical, and institutional), with exposure to different indoor and outdoor environments.
* Shifts and responsibilities may vary, necessitating flexibility and a hands-on approach to service delivery, including performing cleaning, sweeping, and landscaping maintenance as needed for training, quality assurance, or staffing shortages.
