The Client Success Manager role at OCV, LLC is an opportunity to serve alongside an experienced sales and support team in the software industry.
This person is responsible for overseeing the ongoing relationship of a client and their mobile application, providing consultation based upon analytics and established best practices.
This person will serve as a liaison between clients, sales reps, and internal production team members.
What You Will Do (responsibilities include but are not limited to):
? Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
? Coordinate production of our clients projects and drive product implementation to
release.
? Complete comprehensive mobile app usage reports that include reviewing the level of engagement clients have in utilizing mobile app flagship features.
? Conduct and/or assist in regularly scheduled mobile app review meetings with clients.
? Make regular check-in calls on clients following unique events (e.
g.
app releases, major app updates, weather events, civil events).
? Document evolving processes and procedures, recommending any changes to make systems more efficient.
? Perform regular visits to our apps in-store and run quality control procedures.
? Review histories of client support inquiries to identify sensitive issues and/or exceptional service moments.
? Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to strengthen client
relationships and client retention efforts.
? Coordinate priorities and timelines with all departments.
? Assist sales reps who have inbound questions and communicate project statuses.
? Occasionally join our sales team to conferences around the country to support current and prospective clients.
