Fullsteam is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and manage our team of SDRs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the outbound lead generation strategy, execution, and performance of our SDR team to generate qualified leads, contribute to the company's sales pipeline, and meet or exceed company targets. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Primary Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to achieve and surpass individual and team targets for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the SDR team's performance, including process improvements, training programs, and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to ensure alignment between SDR and sales teams, focusing on lead quality and quantity, pipeline development, and revenue goals. Recruit, onboard, and train new SDR team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to management. Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to SDR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Maintain a high level of motivation, engagement, and morale within the SDR team through effective leadership and communication. Act as a player coach to build the sales pipeline while brining on new team members. Primary Qualifications: A minimum of three years of proven SDR management experience in a similar role within SaaS sales development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software, Salesloft or Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info and other sales and marketing tools. Strong understanding of SDR best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). This position is not remote.
