Responsibilities
A Sales Manager will successfully complete our initial training program within 12 months by demonstrating an ability to build professional relationships with our customers and meet sales objectives within their territory.
They will then grow their territory through recruiting, hiring and developing sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully demonstrate Kimball Midwest products, achieve sales objectives, attract and develop top talent, and effectively manage a sales district.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 2-4 years experience in hiring and managing an outside sales team
· History of success in outside sales
· Experience building business relationships with end-users of maintenance and repair products
· High level of motivation
· Strong planning and negotiation skills
