Holland Homes is looking for a Staging Coordinator and Sales Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with our company.
This position will report to our director of Furnish, a company under Holland Homes, and will be a valued asset to our staging and home furnishings company.
This candidate will assist with staging, inventory, sales, design and purchasing.
Candidate must have an eye for design and be self-motivated, detail oriented, budget conscious and deadline driven.
Responsibilities include:
* Candidate must be able to meet fast paced, weekly deadlines.
* Being able to lift more than 50 lbs.
* An eye for interior design and staging
* Staging designer homes and community model homes
* Help manage and organize inventory of furniture
* Customer assistance with interested buyers
* Marketing furniture sales and assisting with social media
Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is preferred.
* Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Canva, and PowerPoint
* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Must be willing to travel locally if needed.
* Social media skills and experience
