The Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for servicing all client needs.
In this role the Personal Lines Account Manager will communicate with clients daily to fulfill each request, solve problems, and secure competitive coverage for each client.

*Personal Lines Account Manager Job Duties* -Salaried position to maintain office hours from 8-5 M-Th & 8-430 F -proficient typing skills (at least 90 word/minute) -proficient in Microsoft word, excel, exchange, publisher & is knowledgeable in computers overall -must become proficient in rating personal lines quotes (home, auto, umbrella, watercraft, life, motorcycle, etc.
) with many different carriers -must possess strong customer service skills for interacting with existing customers in person, over email & phone -maintains hard work ethic, strong character -possesses a team centered attitude & an overall positive attitude -willing to assist in other areas to accomplish pressing tasks that may not specific to his or her specific duties -possesses a desire to learn by way of continued education beyond required 24 hrs to maintain P&C license -willing to follow procedures set out by management pertaining to usage of agency management system, EPIC -will invoice for each customer -problem solver – ability to articulate difficult situations and work to achieve favorable solutions -get it done attitude – with little super vision achieve task and solve problems -multitasker – must constantly prioritize work flow throughout the day to get tasks completed -willingness to obtain CISR designation and other higher education/industry related credentials -cultivate/nourish client relationships to achieve high client retention rates -when needed perform yearly evaluations/risk analysis with clients to make sure client exposures are adequately covered Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
