```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
```Requirements```
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management
- Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with store management software systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
