The Treasury Coordinator will report to the Treasury Manager, you will be an integral part of our Treasury team, contributing to the efficient management of our team and ensuring the stability and growth of the department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking. Responsibilities and Duties: Own and Manage the Treasury Support Inbox Monitor daily cash balances globally and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Monitors daily fraud controls (Positive Pay, Check Block, ACH Filter Controls, etc.) Provide administrative support with a variety of Treasury related activities including but not limited to Banking platforms Provide research support to internal departments by utilizing banking partners and platform. Maintain an ongoing audit of users over all platforms Maintain positive relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking agreements. Stay updated on all Treasury Related projects acting as a Project Manager for the team Accurately record all financial transactions related to treasury activities. Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements. Generate reports on cash positions and other relevant metrics. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external audits. Work closely with internal departments, including finance, accounting, and procurement, to support overall financial goals. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in treasury management. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Familiar with US and Canadian Banking, PNC and JPMC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial situations and make informed decisions. Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience using financial software and tools for cash management, reconciliation, and reporting. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment. Preference given to local candidates based in Auburn, AL or Atlanta, GA but consideration may be given for highly qualified candidates residing outside the area. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
