Responsibilities:
Assist in program implementation and continuation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications.
Support with the implementation and continuation of Freudenberg-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs as directed by Corp HSE.
Assist, participate, and track actions related to Accident Investigations.
Work with HSE personnel to maintain compliance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations.
Assist with safety audits, chemical audits, LOTO audits, safety culture programs & tools, HSE committee, and other programs as identified.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Software Programs including, but not limited to: Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Planner, Outlook, & Teams.
Drive & Execution: Shows initiative and a positive attitude to get things done.
Embraces challenges and demonstrates positive energy.
Technology: Experience with additional computer software and tracking programs a plus.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely while engaging proactively with associates and colleagues at all levels within the organization.
Knowledge: General knowledge of safety and systems thinking.
