Job Summary
Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the Custodial Services Contract, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Essential Functions
Lead the planning and implementation of the contract
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to the Corporate Office
Oversee quality assurance program
Prepare and submit reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project success.
Communicate daily with the Contracting Officer Representative
Identify customer’s “hot spots” and ensure that they are taken care of daily
Provide direction and support to the management team daily
Must be able to comply with a background check, including fingerprints, as required by the contract
Education and Experience
Prefer experience working at a college or university
Must have direct work experience in project management over the custodial workforce
Knowledge of project management techniques and tool
Knowledge of equipment and machinery used in custodial contracts
Proven experience in people management
Proven experience in strategic planning
