Develop and program software requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in an effort to develop an optimal user experience with company software. Collaborate with the User Experience and User Interface teams to research, develop and validate the user experience flow that is to be implemented. Define and document user cases, user stories, requirements, acceptance and success criteria, workflow diagrams, and assist with user interface design. Acquire a solid understanding of our users, the marketplace, and trends. Analyze the competitive landscape and anticipate customer needs in order to point the product team towards a strategic direction we should follow for future developments. Analyze the projects from a financial perspective and estimate ROI for each initiative in order to prioritize them depending on value brought to the company. Work cross-functionally to propose and ensure feasibility of system solutions in line with business & technical domain rules and overall product goals. Create user documentation and work closely with customer success department to announce feature releases. Train and educate internal and external users on new feature functionality. Ensure the functional quality of new features released by setting and evaluating expectations and acceptance criteria. Gather input from relevant stakeholders and determine when projects should be released. Collect and analyze data from analytic tools/BI tools/Database and evaluate feedback from our customer support team to apply a data-driven continuous improvement process based on how users are utilizing the delivered features. Work with other departments to improve the internal processes and communication between the teams. Analyze and decide together with the engineering team the system’s technical architecture to support the future initiatives and business scaling. Work closely with the engineering team to mitigate any technical and quality risks during the development process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager. The two (2) years of experience must have included work with Software Project or Product Management of Medical Software and work with SQL Server, C#, Amazon AWS. Six (6) months of the required experience must have included work with Google Docs, UML, UX, e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento; Travel (international and domestic including Romania and unanticipated locations) required 12% of time. Once hired all employees must complete yearly HIPAA training. New hires must pass a drug or background check. Worksites are unanticipated. Telecommuting permitted from CO.
