```Duties:``` - Coordinate and assist with various human resources activities and programs - Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy - Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews - Coordinate employee training and development programs - Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures - Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback - Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned ```Requirements:``` - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Proven experience in human resources coordination or related role - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
