Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, such as HACCP, ISO 9001, or SQF.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.
g.
, FDA, USDA) and industry standards (e.
g.
, GFSI).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) credentials are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality performance throughout the organization.
