Manager, MDU and Community Development Opelika, AL Summary: Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow penetration in MDUs and single family HOAs. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below: • Seek and develop relationships/opportunities with single-family Property Developers and secure joint trench and exclusive ISP rights • Secure joint trench opportunities with Alabama Power in central Alabama • Develop and execute joint marketing strategies to accelerate customer growth in power cooperative partnerships • Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to develop specific management plans to optimize sales and retention opportunities. • Assist Sales Leadership in developing and implementing programs and strategies designed to improve upon and support the Company image and reputation with property owners in the interest of building long-term community relationships. • Document and provide timely feedback to the leadership regarding customer concerns. • Participate in networking/community events. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
