Pathways Center’s Community Support Team (CST) is based in Franklin, GA and is an intensive behavioral health service for individuals with severe mental illness living in Heard or Meriwether County. CST staff support individuals in decreasing hospitalizations, incarcerations, emergency room visits, and crisis episodes and increasing community tenure/independent functioning; increasing time working or with social contacts; and increasing personal satisfaction and autonomy. CST is a restorative/recovery focused intervention to assist individuals with gaining access to necessary services; managing their psychiatric and/or substance abuse disorder and physical diseases; developing optimal independent community living skills; achieving a stable living arrangement; and setting and attaining individual-defined recovery goals. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor serves as the clinical and administrative leader of this program and functions as a practicing clinician. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: § Directs the day to day clinical operations of the CST Team Program § Leads weekly organizational staff meetings and treatment team planning meetings § Schedules team members and ensures appropriate coverage for quality of care purposes § Builds community partnerships to raise awareness of community support services available to eligible individuals § Directs and coordinates the client admission process, treatment, rehabilitation and support services of the program § Provides clinical supervision as needed § Participates in recruitment (interview and selection process) and on-boarding process of new team members § Provides leadership, team development and team building activities to create and promote a positive work environment in an effort to engage and retain employees § Works with senior leaders to develop, administer and monitor program budgets and ensure program compliance § Works with senior leaders to develop, maintain, and revise program policies, protocols and procedures § Provides direct care/services Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND One year of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program OR Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND Two years of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program OR Related certification AND One year of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program OR Two years of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Prgm Mgr Spv (SSP023) or position equivalent.
