TEAM LEAD | LANETT | PM SHIFT | $15-$16 HOURLY

Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members - Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Operate the Aloha POS system for transactions and reporting - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant - Assist in food preparation and handling when necessary - Drive sales through effective upselling techniques Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant setting - Proficiency in using Aloha POS system - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
