```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner - Provide leadership and guidance to the team members - Assist in training new employees and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and achieve goals ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a kitchen or coffee shop setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Knowledge of food service operations and culinary techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Proficient in interviewing and selecting new employees - Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
