DISTRUBUTION CENTER MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR | $20-$25 | EXP. REQUIRED

Maintenance Supervisor Duties: - Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols - Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and repairs - Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment or facility issues - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions or breakdowns - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards Skills: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent project management skills to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects - Proficiency in both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems - Knowledge of fabrication techniques for equipment repair or modification - Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement solutions - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment If you are a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in maintenance operations, we invite you to apply for the position of Maintenance Supervisor.
