Earn over 200k Training/Development/Resources Toward Your Future Success Full benefit package - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Paid Vacation/Holidays Company vehicle and gas card Best Work Culture/Team in the Industry Company Pressed Uniforms Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required: Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC Technician - Residential preferred - Team member must be able to solve field problems Excellent customer service and team member service Level personality with a drive for success - position has a lot of autonomy and team member must be focused Strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment and deadlines Ability to help recruit and motivate a team - Knowledge of sales and customer relations Residential Manager Responisibility for Airforce Air Pros; - Someone who can be in charge of running the residential operations: Service Techs, sales reps, installations techs, CSR's - Leadership skills to build relationships and hold accountable residential departments - Lead regular meetings with different departments - Working with CSR's to boost client experience on the phone - Work with technicians on customer service skills, offering products, and producing and setting leads - Work with sales reps to build value to the clients to produce high ticket sales - Work with installation technicians to deliver great customer experience - Lead technical training (doesnt have to be fully technical, but needs to get the resources to solve problems and train up staff) - Work to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively - Understand Key Performance Indicators and be able to coach team to progress towards - Oversee the entire residential process for the customer experience
