*Event Managers will be Responsible for:*
* Managing part-time bartenders while they bartend at various events
* Acting as the Point of Contact for clients at events
* Coaching new bartenders to ensure they are following proper procedures
* Communicating with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments when necessary
* Completing event paperwork including Bar Manager Reports, On-Site Payment Forms, and Invoices
* Maintaining a Positive and Calm Attitude while managing events
* Assisting Operations Managers inside the warehouse with event preparations such as pulling products, gathering supplies, and packing vehicles
* Assist Operations Manager after events with unloading the trucks, putting away products and supplies, and tracking inventory
*To Become an Event Manager, you must:*
* Have experience leading a team and communicating with clients
* Be available to work events on Friday and Saturday nights
* Be 21 years of age or older
* Complete Online Company Training (Company Facilitated)
* Complete ServSafe Certification Courses Upon Hire (Company Facilitated)
* Have a reliable device to check messages and emails frequently
* Have reliable transportation
* Be able to retain product information to relay to consumers
* Show Great Attention to Details
* Have Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
* Be able to lift and transport 30 pounds or more of products and equipment
* Be able to stand for at least four hours or more
