Some of the primary functions are employee training and development, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and recruitment strategies, employment law and compliance, compensation and benefits analysis, payroll functions, workplace safety, and other human resources management systems.
*Education* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) preferred, Business Administration, Management or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of HRM experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
*Skills* The incumbent is expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, highly analytical, outstanding problem-solving skills, commitment to high performance standards, proactively seeks solutions to resolve unexpected challenges, trustworthy with an ability to preserve confidential and sensitive information, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in multitasking while complying with time-sensitive deadlines, ability to work independently, unbiased in decision making, and writing skills.
Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
*Other Requirements* * Must maintain a good driving record.
* Must work with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
* Must be available for occasional overnight travel for training and professional development.
* May be required to work an unusual work schedule.
* Regular attendance required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,431.
00 - $96,647.
