We are looking for a Logistics Planning Manager who will be responsible for leading cross-functional activities that require collaboration across the Logistics Planning department as well as working closely with supply chain and to operation team seamlessly deliver products and efficient operations.
This role includes data analysis, project management, and improvement system.
*Functions:*

* Collect and analyze data to identify the root cause of the problem and seek solutions.
* Improve standardized Logistic system and supporting warehouse process flows.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly verification of improvement plan performance
* Successful logistics management for internal operation and customer need.
* Successful the new project launching.
RFQ and evaluate subcontractors.
Analyze quotation cost (Negotiation), and submission of report for internal decision-making.
* Logistics & Warehouse Master data control.
*Secondary*.
* Review and analyze data, such as operation team & customer schedule, work orders, or materials requirements or material priorities.
* Month end closing, such as accept the supplier invoice.
LSP invoice: Analyze Logistics Service provider monthly invoice (delivery times and other cost).
Offsite W/H invoice : Analyze SSA monthly invoice (work hours and other cost).
* Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor, and inventory.
* Analyze Monthly cost and investigate the labor cost (Invoice cross check with supplier's) Asset Management: Container Chassis (new purchased).
* Organize customer OS&D.
List up customer claims and inform the related dept, if needed.
