Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment
- Help create and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
- Knowledge of food production processes and coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is desirable
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
