POSITION SUMMARY
The Labor and Payroll Optimization Coordinator is responsible for the analysis, completion, and distribution of organizational labor expense and FTE reports.
This role identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends in complex labor data sets to uncover areas of opportunity to manage or reduce labor expense as well as optimize staffing, especially to achieve organizational target FTE and labor expense goals.
The coordinator role is responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, analysis, report creation, and distribution.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or other related field
Minimum Experience
2 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or system proficiency with INFOR/Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
1 year experience working on team projects (performance/process improvement)
Required Registration/License/Certification
N/A
Preferred Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any other related field
Preferred Experience
3 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with INFOR-Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
1 year of payroll experience
