Shift Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism - Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations - Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food industry or hospitality management - Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team - Knowledge of bartending or kitchen operations is a plus - Experience as an assistant manager or in catering is also beneficial We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
