Starving Hound spotted in Opelika (Salem-Shotwell Covered Bridge Park , Opelika)

My sister spotted this good boy in the Salem-Shotwell Covered Bridge Park today, it barked and bayed but wouldn't approach.
Looks like a lost hunting dog, but by the looks of him doesn't have much time left.
Hunters know their dogs, so share this with your buddies.
Lets bring this good dog home.
He might need a lure and trap, but we are elderly and are going to be leaving him a little food.
