Looking for house for my family (Lee Co)

I'm a 43 year old man with two kids.
I'm trying to sell my current house.
I was divorced by my wife and have been staying with my mother.
I'm currently looking for a home.
My kids are 13 and 5.
They both need a place to stay with their dad.
I can pay $400 a month, keep up the property make repairs.
I do all types of repair.
Let's make a deal.
I'd love to find the right place and then possibly buy outright when my old home sells.
I'm a gardener and I grow trees for a hobby.
