) * Training of Teacher Assistants in IEP and behavior program implementation * Performance appraisal and feedback on performance to Teacher Assistants *Qualifications:* _Option #1:_ * B.

within the education field or a human services-related field * Proof of current admission into an AL Special Education Teacher Certification program * Interim Employment Certificate (IEC) with The Learning Tree, Inc.
