A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER
In this restaurant management position, you are vital to the success of our business! You play an essential role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality customer service as you help manage both our back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
Per our general manager, you direct the team to ensure that all cleaning and food service tasks are completed in a proper and timely manner.
When orders go out, you check them to ensure that they are accurate to our brand standard and to customer specifications.
You also prepare the allotted amount of ingredients needed for the day.
As you work in the kitchen, you are dedicated to following our food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Additionally, when you work opening or closing shifts, you closely follow our set timelines and procedures.
You cheerfully greet customers when you see them and assist them whenever necessary.
If there are any conflicts, you resolve them with ease.
