Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards - Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students - Provide instruction in various subjects, including math and physical education - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns - Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times Experience: - Bachelor's degree in education or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Previous experience working with children, such as in a daycare or tutoring setting - Knowledge of child welfare and development principles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
