Description
This position will be key in supporting the LaGrange Office and its staff.
You will be be critical to help with effective and efficient operations of the LaGrange Office Staff.
In this admin role, you will partner with several departments to perform various tasks to include electronic filing, creating and updating Spreadsheets and other data, and communicating to all levels of the organization.
This position will report to our Pegasus Parkway location, Monday - Friday.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Update HRIS system accurately and consistently.
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Manages the ordering of supplies and other on site vendors at the facility.
Provides excellent customer service via phone, email or face to face
Creates and maintains spreadsheets and other electronic data
Performs clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms
Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
Answers multi-line phone system, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages
Inputs data for production balancing for inventory purposes

WHAT WE NEED
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
Minimum High School Diploma, preferred degree in Business or related field
1 - 3 years experience in Human Resources or Administrative Role
Valid Driver License in good standing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Independent Thinker
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent typing accuracy skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
