Qualifications:
Minimum education, skills, and/or experience required:
Experience: 0-3 years Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Degree Field: Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
Equivalent Experience/Education: Entry Level Position
Communication Skills: Intermediate
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
Responsibilities:
Expectations- Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals.
Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives.
Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment.
Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
Role(s) - Supports the Logistics Team through maintaining logs, monitoring invoices and budgets, and monitoring purchase requisitions.
Responsibilities-
Process, record and process all outbound FEDEX shipments from other departments.
Maintain and upkeep a log on all expected open invoices.
Collect and process all chargeback claims to contractors and suppliers; and create official notifications to suppliers and contractors regarding open charges.
Process all rental equipment invoices.
Create budget transfers.
Maintain and upkeep a log on all expected open invoices and report budget status.
Create purchase requisitions based on requests from other specialists.
Maintain and order MRO materials.
Other tasks as assigned.
