Summary
The Facility Maintenance Analyst will oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure.
This role will perform daily facility audits, contact vendors for repairs, submit purchase orders for parts needed for repairs, and assign work orders to facility maintenance team.
Responsibilities
Ensure the effective maintenance/repair of the facility.
Conduct facility audits, documenting all issues found at the facility
Contact vendors for general repairs
Negotiate pricing and quotes with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
Help develop more effective maintenance procedures
Maintain work orders systems.
Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
Leadership abilities to effectively guide and advise their team
