\*\*Note: Part time position with the possibility of becoming a full time position.\*\* *Job Summary* Provides business office clerical/accounting assistance in a manufacturing environment. *Responsibilities and Duties* Enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, reports, or other documents. Proofreads records or forms. Sorts and files records. Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands. Prepares work folders on a daily basis for each department. Other duties may be assigned. *Qualifications and Skills* Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED; One to three months related experience and/or training in an office or accounting environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: Ability to navigate through Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook email. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
